Pulling off the start line ahead of our rivals at the 49er European Championships, Gdynia, Poland. It was a great regatta, made a lot of contacts and an incredible sailing experience. Even though our result was average, this was all we could in our first year on the Olympic circuit. However we now have the experience to put together an intense training programme over winter to continue our push to qualify Malta for the London Olympics in the summer of 2012.
